Two types of DB&B: |

Our new "Patent-Pending" DB&B eliminates the need to use steel drill stems and reduces the work it takes to bore under sidewalks and driveways. The DB&B used by E-Z Auger and Trencher-Series Earth Boring Machines normally limits you to bores shorter than 25'. It eliminates the need to bore hole and then pull pvc after drill stem is removed. Normally after doing the few minute bore under a driveway your done. Just cut the boring bit off one end and cut the PTO connection off at the other end and your PVC is ready to use. Because the Trencher-Series works from the bottom of the of the trench you can use a 20's section of PVC to bore under a 18' driveway. The new Trench-Mole can bore with in inches of the edge of the paved surface edge. |

If you already own a Porta-Mole above ground Earth Boring Machine you can order the DB&B HD Kit. This kit allows use of 1/2" water pipe with special kit couplers to slide inside PVC 200. This allows the PVC to sleeve the 1/2 pipe and it drives the bit directly. As you bore the PVC which is connected over the stem is moved through the earth as you move forward. Once bore is complete the user just removes the boring bit, removes the PVC retainer nut and pulls the 1/2 drill stem out the other end. This leaves the schedule 200 PVC in the ground ready for use.
